The access controls company is going to convert to the new panel tomorrow morning (July 2nd) and at that point you will be able to use your new fob at both pools and clubhouses, assuming everything goes smoothly. The original fobs will no longer work and can be tossed.
Also, just want to make sure everyone knows both pools will be open on Monday for the 4th of July, but will be closed on Tuesday (the 5th) for maintenance.
I always get questions about fireworks so here is your yearly reminder. The Grove is in OKC city limits so setting off fireworks in the neighborhood is technically illegal. I don’t think that most people are worried about families setting off a few small fireworks at their house on the Fourth, but please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid setting off extremely loud fireworks late at night. That type of thing should be done outside the neighborhood. The HOA will not be spending the weekend policing this so please do not contact us about people setting off fireworks.
