Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt 4/15 at 9am

All, please see below from Debbie DeShane:

The annual Grove East Egg Hunt will be our best one yet. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors we will have more and better prizes, activities, and refreshments. So here is what you need to know.

When: Saturday April 15th from 9:00 am to noon the hunt will be first followed by prize drawing, then activities and refreshments.

Where: The South Clubhouse grounds

Open to our children ages 12 and under. All the children will hunt at the same time but will be divided into 4 age groups. If you have a special needs child who needs their own space to hunt please send me an email at debberz13@aol.com. We want all of the children to be able to participate.

What is needed to participate:  One dozen filled plastic eggs per child needs to be dropped of at 3220 NW 192nd Terrace no later than 4/12. There is a box on the porch if we are not available. Please include each child’s full name, age, and gender so that we can get their eggs in the right age group and put their entry in the grand prize drawing for their group.

The candy in the eggs MUST BE WRAPPED. Any unwrapped candy will have to be thrown out. Extra candy would be greatly appreciated as I have 4 boxes of empty eggs that need filled.

We are in need of volunteers to help. Please contact us if you can help with any of the following.

Set up and hide eggs at 8:00 am that morning Supervise the bounce houses (2 people needed at a time for 30 minutes each =10 people) Help with refreshment tables Help at the prizes table Help clean up at noon.

Please contact me if you will be able to help-debberz13@aol.com or on the Grove Neighborhood Facebook page.

Thank you,

Debbie DeShane
