In case you weren’t aware, just wanted to let everyone know that the neighborhood wide garage sale is next weekend (10/6 – 10/8) and the HOA will be putting up banners at the entrances either today or tomorrow to advertise. Per the City of OKC, you are required to have a permit, which you can purchase at okc.gov for $7 and it allows you to have two garage sales for the year.
