MEMORANDUM FOR ALL GROVE RESIDENTS

FROM: JOSH WESTMORELAND

SUBJECT: The Grove HOA and new Board of Directors Member

  1. My name is Josh Westmoreland and I was elected to the Grove Home Owners Association for the upcoming year. I want to introduce myself to the neighborhood and tell you a little about myself. My wife Crystal and I have been raising our two daughters in the Grove for the past three years. As my family grows, I want to see our neighborhood thrive, grow, and stand as an example of what a vibrant neighborhood can be.
  2. The Grove HOA board is controlled by Caliber Development and this role will largely be a liaison between Caliber and the community. I have already worked with Jarod Tarver and Caliber to establish the Neighborhood Watch and am confident that they have the best interests of the community at heart and are receptive to community members taking an active role in its continued success.
  3. With support and input from Caliber Development and Neighborhood Services, our management company, the community has made great progress on the Neighborhood Watch. Grove builders Beacon Homes, Home Creations, and Homes by Taber have donated the money necessary to secure neighborhood watch signs for the community and equipment to outfit two neighborhood watch patrol vehicles.  We will schedule a community workday to install the signs after the permitting process is completed.
  4. My goal is to be a voice for residents and to increase community involvement. Communication is key and if you have any concerns, please contact TheGroveHOABoard@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to address the issue.  In the mean time I will focus my efforts to add to the work so many Grove residents are already accomplishing.
  5. I hope to see you at the upcoming neighborhood cleanup day in April or the May neighborhood watch crime stat update meeting. Thank you again and here is to a great year in the Grove.
