Failure to follow the Great Room reservation request procedures could potentially prevent you from getting your desired reservation scheduled. Please read below:
–Reservations can only be made 3 months in advance
–Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis
–Please look at the calendar to see if the desired date, 4 hour timeframe, North or South Great Room are all available before making a reservation request
–Reservations on the calendar in red are the North & in green are the South
–Scheduled reservations must have a hour in between rentals
–Reservation requests need to state what desired date/ 4 hour timeframe / specify the North or South Great Room
