Just a friendly reminder that all 2017 HOA fees for The Grove ($400 for the year) were due yesterday, January 31st. If you have already paid your dues, please disregard this message and thank you very much for your payment. I realize there were a few issues with statements not being sent out to everyone so I apologize for that and understand if payments are received a few days late, but please get them in as soon as possible. I know that Neighborhood Services website was down yesterday, but it is back up and working now. If you are still having problems getting on the website you may try clearing your cache and cookies and then try again. To pay online, please go to www.NeighborhoodsPlus.com, click PAY ONLINE, then either login or register if necessary and make your payment. There is a fee charged by Paylease to pay online. You can also mail your dues to: Grove Homeowners Association, PO Box 31431, Tampa FL 33631-3431. Please make checks out to Grove Homeowners Association.
