We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to support the financial well-being of our community, the Board of Directors has made an important decision regarding interest charges on late payments.
We are pleased to inform you that we have decided to waive interest charges for accounts that are otherwise in good standing and where the accrued interest amount is less than $15. This waiver is a one-time measure, implemented to alleviate minor financial burdens you may face.
It is important to note that this waiver is not an ongoing policy; future interest charges will not be forgiven for the remainder of the year under any circumstances. The usual interest rate of 18% annually, compounded monthly, will continue to be applied to late payments where applicable. We encourage all residents to manage their payments promptly to avoid accruing interest.
