If you have already paid your dues for this year, please disregard this message and thank you very much for your payment. To pay online, please go to www.NeighborhoodsPlus.com, click PAY ONLINE, then either login or register if necessary and make your payment. There is a fee charged by Paylease to pay online. You can also mail your dues to: Grove Homeowners Association, PO Box 31431, Tampa FL 33631-3431. Please make checks out to Grove Homeowners Association and write your account number in the memo line.
