I just wanted to send out a quick note to ask everyone to please refrain from riding your ATVs, dirt bikes, or any other kind of motorized vehicle on the raw land that Caliber Development owns in The Grove. This would be all property between May and Portland and 178th and 192nd that has not been developed. Unfortunately, this is a liability issue for Caliber and our insurance company has strongly recommended we do what we can to prevent it from happening.
