It has been brought to our attention that many residents in The Grove are storing their trash bins in plain sight and this issue has been exacerbated with the addition of the City’s new recycling bin. As a reminder, the CCRs state that trash containers shall not be maintained so as to be visible from neighboring property except to make available for collection.
