While driving through The Grove, we’ve noticed that there are a number of dead or missing trees in front yards throughout the neighborhood, which is a violation of the CCRs. Therefore, we would like to give everyone an opportunity to replace these dead or missing trees, or plant additional trees in the front or back yard, at a discounted price. We did this a couple years ago and had quite a few residents take advantage of it and hope for a similar response this year. Caliber Development and Pitzer’s Lawn Management have agreed to chip in on the cost of the first 50 trees purchased in order to reduce your price by $125 per tree.
