All, I know we have a lot of new residents in The Grove so I wanted to send out a couple reminders:
I have been notified by several people that there have been young children without any parental supervision playing around in the gym. No child under the age of 16 should be in the facility unsupervised. This is only in the name of safety for your children.
Also, it is that time of year again to start lawn maintenance and I just wanted to send something out as I usually start getting a lot of complaints about yards this time of year. Please keep your lot properly mowed and maintained. It reflects poorly on the neighborhood when we have several yards with un-mowed grass and tall weeds and is unfair to those with well kept lawns. The Design Review Committee will be sending out demand letters to those in violation of Article IV, Section (b) of the Covenants and Restrictions regarding maintenance of lawns and plantings. If the owner fails to perform such maintenance in a reasonable amount of time, the HOA shall have the right to have this work done and bill the cost back to the owner of the lot under Article VII of the Declaration.
Feel free to send me addresses of those who are not in compliance. You can also call the City of OKC Action Center at 297-2535 and report the same.
