Unfortunately, all playground equipment (including schools) in Oklahoma City is closed through April 16. Public Health Officials recently shared evidence the virus can survive on hard surfaces. Walking in parks is encouraged, but please don’t allow your children to use the playground equipment.
Neighborhoods with private parks have been told to follow the same health precautions and close their parks as well so that is what we are going to do. Walking trails are fine but shared surfaces can become breeding ground for COVID-19. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
