I wanted to inform everyone that Neighborhood Services Corporation will be transitioning into the management roll of the HOA at The Grove. The HOA has just become too big for Caliber to run on its own and I think this will ultimately be a good thing for the neighborhood. NSC currently manages well over 100 HOAs in the Oklahoma City Metro and will bring valuable experience and knowledge to our community. Moving forward, you will now pick up your Great Room keys and drop off your payment at the NSC office. The address is:

Pick up times will be 9am – 3pm Monday – Friday.
The Great Room will still be reserved the same way as before by going to the Contact tab at www.grovehoa.com and requesting your time and date in the comments section. You will then receive a confirmation email from NSC with instruction on pickup. Again, I think this will ultimately be a good thing for The Grove. Please let me know if you have any questions.
