All, I just wanted to let everyone know that the annual meeting for the Grove HOA will be on Monday, February 26th at 6pm in the north clubhouse. Please note that the developer is turning the HOA over to the residents of the Grove and the new Board will be elected by the residents at the meeting. All homeowners should be receiving a notice regarding this meeting in the next couple of days, which will include a proxy and financials.
