For those of you who were not already aware, Lance Doherty received a majority vote and was elected to fill the open seat on the Board of Directors for 2016. This was voted on at the annual HOA meeting a couple months ago and I just wanted to send out a quick email congratulating him and provide everyone with his contact info now that he is up to speed on everything.
